According to research, there is not a single local government in Japan that is currently adding fluoride to their tap water (under the jurisdiction of each local government), and it is recognized that this can be costly and potentially harmful to health. However, one area in Tokyo also uses river water and there is a US military base nearby. The tap water in the area contains fluoride, and a blood test of a resident detected fluoride, which is currently being reported as a problem in medias. Incidentally, many of the editors of ``BMC Infectious Diseases'' are tropical medicine and public health doctors, and it is expected that they will receive money or sponsorship from pharmaceutical companies, but this is not disclosed at all.

Even so, there are both legitimate and fake papers published, probably because the management team has not studied the basics of biology and medicine. Maybe Sarah Goff knew that.
We need to be careful when reading the papers here, checking whether there are any contradictions, whether the logic is accurate, and whether there are any deceptions in the data or statistical methods.
Currently, the only major and decent company is the UK's BMJ, and I think the US's The Lancet, NEJM, JAMA, etc. are full of lies thanks to subsidies from Bill Gates and pharmaceutical companies.

Yep, "misinformation kills." We're seeing the results of the deadly "vaccine" campaign all around us now and sadly it appears to just be getting started.
