This was painful to watch, but not surprising given America's long and dark obsession with eugenics (as far as I am aware, american money funded Hitler & his program) and it's an obsession that continues to this day to "improve the human race" by 'weeding out' so-called 'inferior types' -- and adding technology to 'enhance' human potential. Japanese eugenically-minded 'scientists' were also recruited to USA after the war. I'm glad someone's written a book about it, bringing such stuff to light, but it's unlikely to change anything. The ruling psychos remain unreachable.

I say tie down all the politicians in D.C. and force feed them the radioactive oatmeal and measure the results!
